Our Vision
To build a society where every domestic and household worker lives and works with dignity, safety, skill recognition, and fair opportunity, and where households can engage workers through trusted, ethical, and transparent systems.
Our Mission
- To verify and document unorganised household workers to enhance safety, credibility, and access to services
- To provide basic practical training in housekeeping, hygiene, kitchen practices, soft skills, and workplace conduct
- To create awareness on rights, responsibilities, financial literacy, and POSH compliance
- To facilitate ethical and non-exploitative placement support
- To act as a support and advocacy platform for domestic workers
